I'm Paul Gover, a certified personal trainer and holistic lifestyle designer. My approach is simple: meet you where you are, understand what you've been through, and build something that actually fits your life — not some idealised version of fitness that ignores real constraints.
I've worked with people rebuilding after injury, managing chronic pain, navigating recovery from addiction, and just generally exhausted by a fitness culture that doesn't work for them. If we're a fit, we build a program around you — training, coaching, or both. From there, it's ongoing work, regular check-ins, and adjustments as your body and life change.
