No gotchas.

Yes — that's exactly who functional fitness is built for. "Out of shape" isn't a disqualifier; it's just where you're starting. Paul meets you where you are, not where some fitness ideal thinks you should be.

Most clients come in with years away from any structured movement, a few nagging injuries, and a lot of life that got in the way. That's the starting point, not the obstacle. The work gets designed around who you actually are right now.

It's a 30-minute conversation — relaxed, no clipboard, no pressure. Paul will do a brief movement screen (just watching how you move, nothing embarrassing), talk through where you are and what you want from your body, and figure out together whether this is a fit.

You leave knowing exactly what working together would look like. No contract, no commitment, no sales pitch. If it's not the right fit for either side, Paul will tell you that. Book your free intro here →

A gym membership is access to equipment. This is something entirely different — 1-on-1 sessions designed around your body, your goals, and your life. Every session is purpose-built for you.

You're also getting lifestyle design and nutrition guidance woven into the work, and Paul comes to you — mobile sessions throughout Rock County, at parks, trails, or wherever makes sense. You're not paying for a building to exist. You're paying for someone to think about you specifically.

Two places — the YMCA and your home. The YMCA covers the strength and conditioning work; your home is where the bulk of sessions actually happen. Same Janesville / Rock County area. Pick whichever fits the day.

When Paul comes to you, he brings whatever the session calls for — bands, weights, mobility tools, whatever's needed — so you're not moving furniture or making space. No commute. No waiting on a machine. The whole point is making it easy to actually show up.

Comfortable clothes you can move in — nothing fancy. Closed-toe shoes. Water. For outdoor sessions, layer up if it's cool; Wisconsin weather does what it wants. That's genuinely it. No special gear, no pre-workout ritual required.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session and there's no charge. Within 24 hours, the session counts as used. Session packages are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Refunds on unused sessions are handled case-by-case — life happens, and Paul doesn't run a penalty business. Reach out directly at paul@greeneyeopen.com or 262.325.3808.

Insurance: no. HSA and FSA: possibly — depends on your plan and whether you have a physician's note supporting fitness for a medical condition.

If you think you might qualify, bring it up when you book your free intro and Paul can give you the documentation you'd need to submit. It's worth checking with your plan administrator first.

Paul is a certified personal trainer, not a therapist. Mental Health Trail Walks use movement and nature as tools for mental reset and stress processing — not as a replacement for clinical mental health care.

Think of it as adjunct: movement-based support that complements therapy, medication, or whatever else you're already doing. If you're in acute crisis or need clinical support, that's not what this is — and Paul will tell you that honestly.

Rehab training is a core part of what Paul does, not an afterthought. Before your first session you'll complete a PAR-Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire) — standard intake that identifies any conditions we need to work around.

If you're under care from a PT or physician, Paul coordinates with them. The goal is always to restore function, not push through damage. Injuries and chronic conditions are a reason to train smarter, not a reason to skip training entirely.

Online via Stripe (secure, linked from the booking page — credit/debit). In-person options: cash, Zelle, or Bitcoin, as outlined in the service agreement.

Paul isn't running a complicated billing system. Pay the way that's easiest for you.

Yes — that's the tradition this work comes from. Root-cause thinking over symptom suppression. Whole-food, mineral-rich nutrition. Herbal and plant-based support. Alkaline-leaning diet and gut / lymphatic health as the foundation for everything else. Mind-body integration, not just physical output.

These are the principles a generation of natural health educators have been teaching — and they're the same principles Paul applies every session. He's not affiliated with any specific teacher or program. He just draws from the same well: the idea that the body heals itself when the terrain is right, and that real fitness has to include food, stress, sleep, and mindset — not just reps.

For Protocol Buyers

Five honest answers before you buy.

Same straightforward answers Paul gives on consult calls, captured here so you don't have to ask.

Body Tune-Up Protocol — for people whose energy, sleep, or recovery has gone flat. The afternoon fog, the 3pm crash, the post-injury/post-grief season where the body isn't back yet. 30-day layered system: morning stack, eating window, wind-down, movement, consciousness layer.

It's right for someone who doesn't need another theory — they need a system that actually runs in real life. It's not a workout program: it's the recovery frame around the work you've already done.

Body Tune-Up Protocol: 30 days. Five layers run every day for 30 days — Methylene Blue in Week 1 alone, NMN added Weeks 2–4, Paraguard Days 15–30. The order is pharmacological, not aesthetic.

Every protocol carries the same 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Email paul@greeneyeopen.com within 14 days of purchase if you're not seeing value — we'll refund every dollar. You keep the PDF either way.

Immediately. Both protocols are digital PDFs delivered straight to your inbox the moment Stripe confirms payment — typically within a minute. No app to download, no login, no scheduled call. You read the protocol and run Day 1 whenever you're ready.

If you choose to start a few days later to line up with a Monday or a new week, that's fine — the protocol is yours, the calendar is yours.

Starting over on your own usually means picking five supplements at once, lifting too early, skipping recovery, and quitting in Week 2. The protocols sequence on purpose — what to load first, what to add second, and what to leave alone. The compounds are the same ones you'd buy yourself; the order is the value.

Tune-Up is the foundation: morning stack, eating window, consciousness. The five layers run on purpose so that what lands in Week 2 compounds on what Week 1 already started.

You're not paying for information. You're paying for a sequence and the safety language that says what's contraindicated and when.
